Attorney Güney Atılgan graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2011 and was admitted to the Bar in 2012 upon completion of his legal traineeship.

During the early years of his career, he worked primarily in corporate debt collection for approximately two years, gaining practical experience in enforcement proceedings and debtor-creditor relations.

In 2014, he served as an attorney within the Ministry of Family and Social Policies, where he handled sensitive cases, particularly those involving crimes against women and children, further strengthening his expertise in this field.

In 2018, he left his position as an institutional attorney and began practicing as an independent lawyer in Ayvalık. Since then, he has been providing legal representation and advisory services to both individual and corporate clients, while actively continuing his work as an attorney and mediator.

In his professional practice, Attorney Atılgan is guided by the principles of trust, confidentiality, transparency, and diligence, carefully assessing each case based on its specific circumstances and managing legal processes with precision.

He has completed various certification programs in Labor Law, Condominium Law, Lease Law, Real Estate Law, Actuarial Law, Mediation, and Dispute Resolution.

He practices in the areas of Criminal Law, Public Procurement Law, Real Estate Law, Inheritance Law, Compensation Law, Lease Law, Labor Law, Administrative Law, Contract Law, and Health Law.
